With our in-house development, engineering, and service facilities, we provide complete support for your projects — from initial design through final testing and after-sales service.

Heat Treatment of Metals


• Hardening
   - Standard, thermal, induction hardening, carburizing
   - Documentation of temperature and atmosphere profiles
   - Hardening in a protective ENDO atmosphere
   - Maximum part size: 500 x 300 x 100 mm

• Annealing
   - Stress-relief, recrystallization, soft annealing, normalizing
   - Maximum part size: 1500 x 800 x 500 mm

• Tempering
   - Low-temperature and high-temperature tempering


• Laser Marking
   - Maximum part size: 100 × 100 mm

• Blasting of Parts
   - Cast-iron grit or glass bead blasting

• Black Oxide Coating
   - For small steel parts

• Heat-Treatment Quality Reports (upon request)
   - Hardness
   - Case depth

• Safety Test of Grinder Guards in Compliance with EN ISO 11148-7
   - Performed in our own test facility
   - Using a FASTCAM MiniUX100 type 800K-M-8G high-speed camera

 

Upon request, we provide heat-treatment quality reports, including hardness and case-depth measurements.

  • Electrical discharge machining (EDM): 300 × 250 × 280 mm

  • Surface and cylindrical grinding: Ø 150 × 400 mm

  • Spur gear manufacturing: Ø 180–230 mm, module 0,5 – 2,5

Every part undergoes quality inspection and, if required, subsequent heat treatment — performed directly at our facility.
