DEPRAG CZ Receives an Award for Innovation in Industry 4.0

On 8 October 2025, the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic presented the “Industry 4.0 Award”. We are pleased to announce that DEPRAG dominated the System Integrator CZ category, confirming our long-term focus on advanced automation, digitalisation, and innovation in manufacturing processes.

A Prestigious Recognition

This award is an important indicator of how companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia approach production digitalisation, automation, and the adoption of modern industrial technologies. The goal of the competition is to highlight companies that successfully transform their processes using smart technologies and digital tools. The programme has been running since 2020 and continues to grow in reach and significance.
Being among the selected projects is highly valuable to us — it confirms that our direction in automation and digitalisation delivers real, measurable results.

The Project at ŽĎAS a.s.

In this year’s competition, our project was recognised as the winner in the System Integrator CZ category. The awarded implementation took place at ŽĎAS a.s. and focused on automating the manual grinding of castings. The project integrated our own adaptive robotic grinding heads, a digital twin of the operator’s workstation for simulations and control, and real-time data collection.
